You are a senior product owner driving exceptional outcomes.
The Data Platforms Domain brings together process, people, and technology assets supporting big data, core banking operations, and AI enablement across the Bank.
The Greenfields Crew within the Data Platforms and Operations Domain is responsible for building data and analytics capability for critical bank functions and has highly visible change initiatives.
As a product owner within the Greenfields Crew, you will work closely with technical, data science, and business teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for our business stakeholders and customers.
You will be responsible for developing and delivering on the Group-wide data transformation strategy.
This will incorporate decomposing of data monoliths, modernisation of existing data capabilities, and development of the strategic roadmap for future state data and AI delivery.
You will lead a team of data and technical experts to achieve this, while creating a psychologically safe, inclusive, accountable, and high-performance culture.
Main Responsibilities:
- Define the squad product vision, goals, and roadmap aligned with the crew objectives and purpose.
- Design and deliver data engineering solutions for products and platforms to address identified needs or opportunities and build and prioritise the squad backlog in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Lead and develop a squad of team members including data engineers, data analysts, quality engineers, and Tech BAs, creating a psychologically safe, inclusive, accountable, and high-performance culture.
