  • Clerk Grade: 11/12, Salary Range: $149,739 - $173,174 plus superannuation and leave loading

Employment Type: Full-Time, Ongoing, Location: Sydney, Hybrid opportunity. In-office requirement 2-3 days a week as a minimum, which could be subject to change based on applicable policies.

">About the Role

We are seeking a strategic architect who thrives on simplifying complexity and driving enterprise-wide impact. You will be responsible for owning and evolving the Application Portfolio Model (APM), leading strategic assessments of new business applications, developing and implementing frameworks, standards, and best practices for enterprise application and data governance.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Own and evolve the Application Portfolio Model (APM) ensuring every application is catalogued, governed, and aligned with enterprise architecture principles.
  • Lead strategic assessments of new business applications to prevent duplication and promote scalable, sustainable solutions.
  • Develop and implement frameworks, standards, and best practices for enterprise application and data governance.
  • Provide technical oversight and architectural leadership across application and data domains.
  • Design and govern logical and physical data models that align with business goals.
  • Create reference architectures and integration patterns that support a sustainable and agile technology environment.
  • Scan the horizon for emerging technologies and trends to inform executive decision-making and future-proof our architecture.

About You

You must have proven experience in ICT enterprise application architecture and data governance, a strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, standards, and patterns, demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders, influence decisions, and align technology with business outcomes, and a proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
