Job Description:

We are seeking a Compliance Label Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all label text meets regulatory requirements and is compliant with global standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the preparation of draft label text for review/approval by stakeholders
  • Liaise with employees and clients to facilitate the preparation of draft/final label text
  • Ensure label text meets TGA and/or applicable country regulatory requirements
  • Manage kit lists in accordance with SOPs
  • Liaise with translators as required
  • Ensure printing of labels is conducted in a GMP compliant manner
  • Confirm suitability of base label and ribbon combination
  • Seek Quality approval of printed labels
  • Provide printed labels ready for production in a timely manner
  • Hold appropriate stocks of base labels and consumables
  • Undertake line clearance prior to commencing each printing episode
  • Evaluate options for additional/replacement hardware as applicable
  • Implement continuous improvement actions as may be appropriate
  • Participate in internal and client audits as required

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
