Job Title: Centre Business Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Centre Business Development Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and profitability at the centre level.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with centre teams to understand their needs and develop solutions to address them.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development initiatives and make data-driven decisions.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to collect and analyse data to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and centre teams.
