**Supportive Care Professional**

This role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals in need of daily assistance. As a Supportive Care Professional, you will work closely with participants to understand their unique needs and preferences.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing companionship, meal preparation, domestic assistance, and medication management. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of care provided to participants.

To excel in this role, you should be a passionate and empathetic individual who is comfortable working independently and as part of a team. A Certificate III in Mental Health, Disability, Aged Care or Home and Community Care (or equivalent experience) would be highly regarded, but not essential.

You must hold a current valid Driver's License, have a registered and insured vehicle, and undergo a Police Records Check and Working with Children Check. Manual handling training is desirable, but you will receive training if needed.
