Job Title: Care Support Professional

The role of a Care Support Professional is to provide exceptional care and support to residents in their daily lives. This involves assisting with activities such as showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming while maintaining the dignity and privacy of each individual.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Providing mobility support, including helping residents with walking, using mobility aids, or transferring between positions
  • Monitoring health and reporting any changes in condition
  • Supporting residents with dietary requirements and assisting them during meals
  • Maintaining accurate records of care provided, observations, and changes in condition
  • Collaborating with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care
Requirements:
  • Cert III Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification
  • Adaptable and passionate about delivering high-quality care
  • Strong teamwork abilities and effective communication skills
