2026 Restructuring & Insolvency Program

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Corporate Finance & Restructuring team as a Graduate. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing support to clients across various sectors, including corporate finance, insolvency, and restructuring.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the preparation and attendance of creditors' meetings
  • Conducting investigations into the demise of companies and compiling reports for ASIC and creditors
  • Liaising with stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, suppliers, customers, and lenders
  • Developing financial models to inform business decisions and reports
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality results

You'll also have the opportunity to work on various projects, including trade-on and sale of distressed entities, financial due diligence, and business reviews.

In addition to your technical skills and knowledge, we're looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

What We're Looking For

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in Accounting or Finance (or related field)
  • An interest in obtaining a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good lateral thinking and problem-solving abilities

And, while previous experience is not necessary, it's definitely an advantage if you have some background in accounting or finance.
