As a Restructuring and Insolvency Professional, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional outcomes for clients and their stakeholders.

The Corporate Finance and Restructuring team is one of Australia's leading turnaround and insolvency practices. Our team works with corporates, financiers, and other key stakeholders to deliver results.

Key responsibilities include working on trade-on and sale of distressed entities, preparing and attending creditors' meetings, conducting investigations into the demise of companies, and compiling reports to ASIC and creditors.

Liaising with stakeholders including regulatory bodies, suppliers, customers, and lenders is also an important aspect of this role.

Financial modelling, business transformation strategies, and optimizing working capital are also critical components of this position.

This role requires strong analytical and quantitative skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Accounting or finance degree and interest in obtaining a CA qualification are highly desirable.

Strong problem-solving abilities, lateral thinking, and empathy are essential for success in this role.
