Job Description

We are seeking a strategic leader to head our national product supply operations. As the key point of contact for government, suppliers, and distributors, you will oversee the delivery of diabetes products across Australia, including rural and remote communities.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies that ensure consistent, compliant, and efficient delivery of diabetes products. You will work closely with our cross-jurisdictional team and external partners to drive innovation and continuous improvement throughout the supply chain.

About the Role

This is a pivotal role within our organization, requiring a strong understanding of the health sector and chronic disease management. If you have experience in senior operations, health services, or supply chain leadership, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement national strategy and operations for product supply
  • Manage relationships with government, suppliers, and distributors
  • Oversee budgets, risks, and performance metrics
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement across the supply chain
  • Build and mentor a collaborative, high-performing team
Requirements
  1. 3+ years in senior operations, health services, or supply chain leadership
  2. Experience managing large government contracts and national initiatives
  3. Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
  4. Financial acumen and ability to navigate complexity
  5. Collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
