Warehouse and Distribution Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly capable and safety-focused leader for the position of Warehouse and Distribution Manager, based in Brisbane.

This role is responsible for leading national warehousing and distribution operations across three manufacturing sites. It is a critical leadership role ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient movement of regulated blasting materials to customer sites across Australia.

The successful candidate will have experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution management, ideally in a regulated or high-risk industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage warehouse and distribution operations across multiple sites.
  • Oversee the safe receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Maintain the highest operational discipline across the discrete supply chain network.
  • Manage a team of direct reports and indirect reports across multiple locations.
Requirements:
  • A safety-first mindset with a strong commitment to safe operations.
  • Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution management.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams.
  • Understanding of compliance and safety requirements related to the transport and storage of hazardous goods.
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
