About Spray Painting Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trade Qualified Spray Painter to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mix colours for vehicle painting to ensure high-quality finish.
  • Develop and maintain an extensive colour library.
  • Prepare, prime and paint vehicles according to job specifications.
  • Buff and denib vehicles to achieve showroom quality.
  • Carefully handle all vehicles to prevent damage.
  • Identify any additional paint work required beyond initial quote.
  • Notify production manager of old damage or poor previous repairs.
  • Keep the work bay and workshop areas clean and organized.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to apprentices when necessary.
About You:
  • Must be trade qualified in spray painting with proven skills.
  • Minimum 3 years experience working as a trade qualified spray painter.
  • Strong commitment to working safely and adhering to regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Able to work effectively with the team to achieve common goals.
  • Reliable, punctual and hardworking with a strong work ethic.
  • Possess necessary tools and equipment for the role.
