Job SummaryAre you looking for a great work/life balance? Classic Toyota - Wilkesboro, located in North Wilkesboro, NC, is seeking an experienced and skilled Service Technician to join our team. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the auto industry.
As a Service Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles according to dealership and manufacturer standards. This is a commission-only position with earning potential between $60,000 to $150,000 per year, paid semi-monthly.

- Perform diagnostic tests and repairs on vehicles according to dealership and manufacturer standards
- Identify and efficiently repair mechanical issues with vehicles, including engines, transmissions, suspension, and brakes
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues
- Keep track of all repair orders and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with the service team and provide updates on repair progress
- Continuously develop technical skills and knowledge by attending training sessions and staying up to date with industry advancements
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school certificate or degree in automotive technology preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician required
- ASE certifications preferred
- Knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
