About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sustainability Lead to join our team at Wilmar. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development and execution of our sustainability strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy that aligns with our business objectives
- Lead and manage internal sustainability teams to drive business and sustainability outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into our operations and supply chain
- Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships to ensure effective communication and engagement
- Monitor and report on key sustainability metrics and performance indicators
- Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements through sustainability initiatives
- Develop and maintain a culture of sustainability within our organization
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sustainability-related roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sustainability strategies
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop insights to inform business decisions
- Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial operations
