About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to oversee the strategic direction and operational performance of our BioEthanol and Trading business. As the senior leader in this space, you will be responsible for expanding market share and boosting profitability across both local and export markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the execution of business, strategic, and sales plans for the Ethanol and Trading segment to achieve business goals.
  • Lead a commercially savvy, motivated sales and marketing team, fostering collaboration and accountability to achieve success.
  • Implement targeted sales, marketing, and pricing strategies that boost sales and profitability across ethanol and traded products.
  • Establish and nurture key relationships with customers, suppliers, and government stakeholders to drive market expansion and product innovation.
  • Oversee warehouse and logistics functions to ensure timely customer deliveries, efficient inventory management, and cost control.
  • Safeguard commercial transactions by ensuring compliance with Wilmar's legal standards and risk management processes.
  • Lead new product and business development initiatives, continually seeking opportunities to grow and expand market reach.
  • Mentor and develop a talented team, fostering collaboration and high performance across the business.
About You

We are looking for a strong leader with relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or Science, and at least 10 years of experience working in Senior B2B industrial sales and marketing. Proficiency in SAP, customer service management, and advanced MS Office skills are essential.

Candidates with experience in profit centre management, logistics, or the petrochemical industry will be highly regarded. Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills are crucial for building effective relationships.
