Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced technical options professional to drive improvements in our trading strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of optimizing systematic or semi-systematic trading spots, preferably with a top market-making firm. They will have a holistic understanding of the options trading problem and be able to build and optimize trading strategies across APAC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine trading strategies across APAC
  • Collaborate with research, quants, developers, and other teams to deliver improvement across the trading problem
  • Contribute strategically to the future direction of the team and challenge the status quo

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of driving improvements on a systematic or semi-systematic trading spot
  • Holistic understanding of the options trading problem
  • Strong risk appetite
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for trading and continuous improvement
