Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in a Return to Work Specialist role. As an Occupational Therapist at IPAR, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, developing and implementing injury prevention and workplace education programs to promote safe and healthy work environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized return to work plans
  • Collaborate with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals to implement injury prevention and workplace education programs
  • Provide expert advice on workplace modifications and ergonomic assessments to promote safe working practices
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate clients and employers on workplace health and safety
  • Contribute to the development of new services and programs to support IPAR's growth and innovation
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
  • Full Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Passion for injury prevention and return to work, with a commitment to delivering high-quality services that meet the needs of clients and employers
