Job Description

**Project Officer Role at Synaco by Synergie**

We are seeking an experienced Project Officer to join our Structural Remediation team in a contract role. The successful candidate will have a background in projects, either within the Mining or Construction sectors, and be looking to take on their next contract role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Delivery: Develop project Scopes of Work (SOWs), methodologies, schedules, and ITPs.
  • Technical Query Management: Develop and manage technical queries through third-party consultants.
  • Construction Drawing Review: Review construction drawings.
  • Quality Process Management: Manage and collaborate on quality processes and documentation.
  • Field Safety Interactions: Complete field safety interactions.
  • Collaboration and Liaison: Liaise with key personnel across multiple departments.

Requirements:

  • Northern Territory Supervisor and Risk Training: G1, G2, G8, and G9 training is essential.
  • Driver's Licence: A current, open Driver's Licence and ability to drive a manual vehicle are essential.
  • Software Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Project, and Excel is essential.
  • Working at Heights Ticket: A current Working at Heights Ticket within 3 years is highly regarded.
  • High Risk Work Licence: A High Risk Work Licence - Elevated Work Platform (over 11m) is highly regarded.

Selection Criteria:

  • Shortlisted applicants must provide verification of full Australian Working Rights.
  • The successful candidate will undergo a thorough interview process.
  • A full pre-employment medical, including functional capacity assessment and drug and alcohol screening, will be required.
  • A pre-site online induction process will also be completed.
