Job Summary

This challenging role requires an experienced HR professional to provide strategic advice and support to business leaders. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering business-focused HR advice in a fast-paced environment.

  • Counsel managers on people issues, equip them with tools and knowledge to lead and manage their teams effectively
  • Develop effective relationships with senior managers to shape and deliver people plans that support business goals
  • Provide regular people metrics to communicate progress against people plans and key HR objectives
  • Offer transformational advice and transactional support across the business to improve cost and efficiency
  • Influence, advise and support people and cultural aspects of organizational change

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of employment law and industrial instruments, with experience in delivering business-focused HR advice in a fast-paced environment. They will be able to travel occasionally to regional and interstate sites.
