The Project Support Officer will provide administrative assistance to the project team, ensuring timely performance and compliance with company and customer requirements.
This role reports directly to the Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Manage project administrative functions including schedules, document control, and variations.
- Liaise with external parties for security and access requirements.
- Monitor project progress, address potential issues, and control quality evidence.
- Prepare and maintain project email accounts and folders.
- Collect and analyze project data.
- Report on outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
- Australian citizenship is required.
- Diploma in Business Office Administration or relevant experience in an administrative/project support role.
- Practical knowledge of the type of work reported on.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to work under pressure.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Collaborative communication style.
- Health and safety construction (White Card).
- Proficient user of ERP systems.
