The demand for quality care is rapidly growing, and we are now hiring Support Workers to join our team. Our focus is on delivering exceptional care and support to individuals in need, and we are looking for caring, people-focused individuals who share our vision.

Key responsibilities may include:

  • Providing support with everyday tasks around the home.
  • Assisting with personal care and hygiene.
  • Accompanying clients outside the home environment and assisting with activities.
  • Supporting medication compliance and dispensation.
  • Providing meal assistance and preparation.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience supporting individuals to maintain their independence.
  • A Certificate III (or higher) in Disability Care, Home and Community Care, Aged Care, Individual Support or similar, or at least 1 year's experience in a relevant field.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • A Working with Childrens Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • A National Police check or willingness to obtain.
  • Vaccination against Covid-19 (inclusive of booster).
  • Your own reliable vehicle and comprehensive car insurance.
