Job Title:

Housekeeping Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Manager to oversee and manage our Room Attendants team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the Room Attendants team, including training, supervision, and motivation to provide exceptional service to guests.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance of Room Attendants and provide regular feedback, coaching, and support to ensure high level of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure rooms are cleaned and maintained to required standards.
  • Maintain inventory levels of cleaning and maintenance supplies.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints, taking necessary action to resolve issues and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Work closely with front desk and maintenance team to coordinate room cleaning and maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of room status, inventory, and personnel.
  • Conduct regular meetings with Room Attendants to provide updates, feedback, and training.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel management, with experience in managing a Room Attendants team.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and cleaning chemicals.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
