**Housekeeping Supervisor - Join Our Dynamic Team**

**The Role**

As our Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind our housekeeping operations. Your mission: to ensure every corner of our property sparkles and every guest feels right at home. Whether it's school groups enjoying their time on camp or families visiting during the holidays, you'll lead our fantastic team to make sure every guest experiences our very best.

Hours: predominantly Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (may be required the occasional weekend)

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead and Inspire**: Manage and motivate our housekeeping team, fostering a positive and productive work environment where everyone feels valued and driven.
- **Maintain Excellence**: Oversee daily cleaning schedules, room inspections, and the upkeep of public areas to ensure every space meets our high standards of cleanliness and comfort.
- **Organise Operations**: Develop efficient workflows, manage housekeeping inventory, and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
- **Ensure Compliance**: Uphold safety and sanitation protocols, ensuring adherence to all relevant health regulations and company policies for the safety and wellbeing of our guests and staff.

**About You**

Ideally, you will have:

- Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
- Exceptional organisational skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of building cohesive, high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities with a calm and positive attitude.
- A passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
- Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation (due to the location of the property, public transport is not available).

**About the Ranch**

The Ranch is a vibrant adventure park set on 200 acres in Boneo on the Mornington Peninsula, south of Melbourne. We cater to school groups for camps during the week and open our doors to the public on weekends and during school holidays. Offering adventure activities, horse riding, and accommodation, we provide a unique and exciting environment for both kids and adults to explore.

**Qualifications**
- Working with Children Check (essential)
- First Aid & CPR Certification (preferred but not required)
