We are seeking a Hospitality Services Officer to join our team. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents.

About the Role

This is a permanent and casual opportunity that allows you to work across three departments: catering, cleaning, and laundry. With flexible shifts available, this role offers the perfect balance of work and life.

  1. Assist with food preparation and serve meals in a timely manner.
  2. Maintain the cleanliness of rooms and common areas.
  3. Launder clothing, linen, and other washing.
  4. Provide excellent customer service to our residents at all times.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
