Front Of House Manager

We are seeking an ambitious and dedicated General Manager, Venue Manager or Assistant Venue Manager to lead our front-of-house team in Geelong.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving solid front of house operations.

  • Ensure food and service meet The Sporting Globe standards.
  • Adhere to Australian legal requirements.
  • Manage staff, including training, rostering and on-shift management.
  • Operate across the venue, including running the restaurant, bar and functions.

Critical to this role is the ability to drive revenue growth, manage staff effectively, improve customer satisfaction and achieve financial targets.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • 1 year's experience in hospitality management.
  • Exposure to both bar and restaurant environments.
  • Experience in controlling financial aspects of a business.
  • The ability to lead, train and develop a team.
