Job Title: Executive Assistant to Principal

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support the Principal of Trinity College.

About the Role

The Executive Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Principal's Office, providing administrative, governance, and systems support to the College Principal, College Leadership Team, and the School Advisory Council.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct communications and workflow with discretion and confidentiality
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Manage documents and prepare information and correspondence in a timely manner
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Principal and College Leadership Team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
