Teaching Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced English Teacher to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, developing high expectations for students and working collaboratively with colleagues.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement effective lesson plans in collaboration with the teaching team
  • Create a culture of academic excellence among students
  • Provide constructive feedback to students and parents via regular reporting
  • Analyse student progress and review teaching strategies using data-driven insights
  • Foster strong relationships with colleagues, students and parents
  • Contribute to the development of best-practice teaching methods within the school

About You
  • Demonstrated expertise in English literature and language

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • Hold current Victorian Institute of Teaching registration and right to work in Australia
  • Adhere to the Child Safe Standards and College policies
