Our company has undergone significant expansion in recent years, acquiring Plush Sofas and operating over 110 showrooms across Australia and New Zealand.
Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our Craigieburn team.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to drive sales opportunities and ensure customers have a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to create the optimal shopping experience for our customers.
- Utilize your product knowledge and selling skills to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Ensure accurate completion of sales order paperwork and internal documentation for timely order processing.
- Maximize sales through effective selling techniques, including room solutions and add-on sales.
- Collaborate with the Showroom Manager to uphold showroom standards, including visual merchandising and pricing accuracy.
- A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus commission opportunities.
- Flexible working models available, ranging from 2 to 5 days a week, promoting work-life balance.

- Previous sales experience, ideally selling furniture or high-value items such as jewelry, cars, bedding, luxury goods / travel, etc.
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm, especially during busy periods.

- Open to feedback and eager to learn, demonstrating a growth mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
