The role involves managing the post settlement client experience for personal injury claims, ensuring clients are kept informed about the process, and communicating with external stakeholders to ensure settlements are paid in a timely manner.

This is a permanent full-time role based in Melbourne with a dynamic team to support you.

Responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and maintaining professional working relationships with key internal stakeholders
  • Managing end-to-end client experience for personal injury claims, including keeping clients informed about the process
  • Communicating with external stakeholders to ensure settlements are paid in a timely manner
  • Monitoring, calculating and distributing client's settlement monies
  • Understanding and keeping up to date with changes to cost and trust regulations

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong numerical literacy and problem solving skills
  • Ability to take initiative, work to deadlines and multitask
  • Expertise with the MS Office suite
  • Strong client relationship skills
