Maintenance Supervisor Job Summary

Lead a team of skilled maintenance professionals to ensure the smooth operation of facilities.

  • Coordinate daily tasks and activities, ensuring efficient use of resources and personnel.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to reduce equipment downtime and extend asset lifespan.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex maintenance issues, applying technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and schedules, providing visibility into facility performance and maintenance operations.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in facilities management, particularly in maintenance supervision or building maintenance.
  • Electrical Trade Qualification - A Grade Electrical Workers License required.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, mechanical equipment, and electrical systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
