Job Title: Building Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert professional advice on maintenance related matters and oversee the delivery of high-quality maintenance services.
  • Evaluate options, maximise efficiency, and implement effective systems for the delivery of maintenance services.
  • Ensure accreditation compliance is achieved.

About The Role:

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a self-driven individual to join our team as the Building Services Manager. You will be responsible for managing a dedicated team to deliver exceptional maintenance services across our facilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Recognised trade qualifications and/or considerable experience across maintenance related services.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and monitor quality assurance systems in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Significant attention to detail skills and high-capacity problem solving skills.
  • Sound level of computing skills.
  • Sound written and interpersonal skills, including the ability to prepare reports.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service - both internal and external customers.
