We are seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Operations Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all areas of the hotel meet the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to ensure all rooms are cleaned and maintained to a high standard
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, inventory, and staff performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services
  • Identify and address any issues or concerns raised by guests or staff

Requirements:
