  • About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • You will work closely with the Executive Housekeeper to ensure that the hotel's high standards of cleanliness and productivity are maintained.
  • You will have a strong focus on developing your team to create a positive and productive work environment; building, motivating, and upskilling them to ensure they are highly engaged and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Management: You will lead a team of housekeepers, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure that they are working effectively and efficiently.
  • Operations and Logistics: You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping team, including allocating tasks, managing inventory, and coordinating with other departments.
  • Cleanliness and Quality: You will work closely with the Executive Housekeeper to ensure that the hotel's high standards of cleanliness and quality are maintained.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Previous Experience: You should have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel environment.
  • Communication Skills: You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Organizational Skills: You should have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
