We are seeking a Housekeeping Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our housekeeping team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Duty Manager to create and maintain a unique guest experience.

This is a physical role that requires the ability to work on your feet for long periods, lift up to 20kg, and push/pull heavy objects. You will also need to stretch, bend or kneel to complete tasks.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a team leader in housekeeping, a manual driver's license, and experience in HAZOP. Friendly mannerisms and fluency in English are also essential.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising security arrangements, garden and property maintenance
  • Assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction
  • Oversight of purchasing activities
  • Ensuring presentation of rooms meets brand standards

Other requirements include: weekend work, a rotating roster, and shift work. Subsidized accommodation and meals are provided while working.

This is a full-time position with remuneration set by the industry Award. Remuneration details are available upon application.
