Retail Store Operations Manager

This role is responsible for managing the daily operations of a retail store, ensuring that sales targets are met and customer service standards are maintained.
The Nuts and BoltsOperational Management - Oversee the overall operation of the store, including staff management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
Sales and Revenue Growth - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
Staff Development and Training - Provide guidance and support to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge, and ensure they are equipped to deliver excellent customer service.
Community Engagement - Foster strong relationships with local communities, promote the brand, and increase brand awareness.
Applicants should have previous experience in retail management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing high-performing teams. Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
