As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and services to our customer's equipment in the field. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs and maintenance, and ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing onsite technical support on a variety of equipment types including diagnostics, repair and maintenance
  • Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ensuring all relevant paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and efficiently
  • Working autonomously and proactively solving complex technical issues
Requirements:
  • Minimum Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology or equivalent discipline (Diesel Mechanic)
  • OEM or earthmoving equipment experience highly regarded
  • Current driver's license
  • Excellent technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
