We are looking for a **Mobile Phone Repair & Service Technician** who has the ability to repair broken smart devices, and truly understand the value of a genuine customer service experience. We're on the hunt for a positive team member who can embrace a culture of continuous learning and growth. We're looking for a permanent position for our Underwood store in QLD.

**The roles and responsibilities**:

- Conducting repairs on smart devices including mobile phones and iPads

(Training will be provided for those without experience)
- Providing product information and up selling of mobile phone accessories as needed
- Opening and closing duties
- Maintain accurate repair records and inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices.

- Be adaptable and cope well within a fast-paced retail environment
- Knowledge of mobile phone hardware and software

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 5:30pm

Expected hours: 32 hours per week
