Supply Chain Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to play a key role in the smooth functioning of our supply chain operations.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in purchasing, logistics coordination, sales order processing, customer liaison, inventory management, order tracking, and shipment coordination.
  • A strong background in industrial engineering products is essential, with CNC or cutting tool experience an advantage.
  • Proficiency in inventory and order management systems is required, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Purchasing and logistics coordination to ensure timely delivery of goods
  2. Sales order processing and customer liaison to meet customer needs
  3. Inventory management and order tracking to optimize stock levels
  4. Shipment coordination to ensure efficient transportation

Requirements:

  • Experience in a supply chain, logistics, or purchasing role
  • Knowledge of industrial engineering products
  • CNC or cutting tool experience an advantage
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in inventory and order management systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
