We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our Opal Fibre Packaging Australia team. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customer accounts and focusing on new business development in the fibre packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage strategic individual accounts, building strong relationships with various stakeholders within the customer organization.
  • Generate leads and analyze each opportunity based on alignment with Opal Fibre Packaging capabilities and strategy, as well as an assessment of opportunity value to determine account prioritization.
  • Understand critical customer needs and develop and implement individual client value propositions, such as pricing, flexibility, service, and uniqueness of product.
  • Work cross-functionally within the business and coordinate technical support, value engineering, quotes, and samples to ensure customer expectations are met.
Requirements:
  • Sales experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Previous experience in the Australian and/or global fibre packaging or distribution industries is desirable.
  • Well-developed sales hunter experience with a good track record of bringing in new business opportunities.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • A proven track record of delivering results and ensuring key objectives are met.
  • A collaborative approach that fosters strong working relationships across internal teams to deliver the best result for the customer.
