Job Overview

This exciting opportunity allows you to gain hands-on experience in the occupational rehabilitation field, working closely with a multidisciplinary team of high-performing consultants.

You will be responsible for providing case management support, ensuring excellent customer service delivery and driving improved return-to-work outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support consultants in delivering rehabilitation services, focusing on excellence and quality of service delivery;
  • Provide case management support to ensure seamless service delivery;
  • Collaborate with the team to drive improved return-to-work outcomes for clients;
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • A strong interest in occupational rehabilitation and a desire to develop your skills and knowledge in this field;
  • Administrative experience within the health or insurance sector, or a related field;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
  • A genuine enthusiasm for learning and professional development;
