We are seeking a highly skilled Simulation Expert Coordinator to join our team in Mackay, QLD. As a key member of our Technical Simulation Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of student learning and proficiency.

About the Role

The Simulation Expert Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and organising simulation activities, delivering exceptional support and guidance to our diverse student community. You will confidently manage simulation setups, oversee logistical operations, adhere to industry standards and safety guidelines, and consistently uphold a high standard of service.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate simulation activities to ensure smooth delivery and maximum student engagement
  • Manage simulation setups, including equipment preparation and maintenance
  • Oversee logistical operations, including resource allocation and inventory management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with faculty members and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in clinical simulation

What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • A generous total remuneration package of $74,267 to $83,542 per annum
  • A base salary of $62,756 to $70,594 per annum
  • 17% superannuation
  • Flexible work arrangements and a supportive work environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety in teaching/lab environments, with skills in risk assessment
  • Relevant qualifications in a health discipline, ranging from degree completion to certificate level with extensive experience
  • Strong communication skills for effective liaison with students and clients in planning technical simulation activities
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and complete work autonomously
