About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Concession Manager to join our team and lead our store operations in a dynamic retail environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters. They will also possess excellent communication skills, be able to build and maintain customer relationships, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Store Operations: Ensure effective stock management, loss prevention activities, and maintain a safe work environment for team members and customers.
  • Talent Management: Attract, engage, and retain talent by building team capability and succession planning.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through exceptional customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fashion Industry Knowledge: A genuine passion for fashion with a professional personal presentation.
