About the Role

We seek a Senior Engagement Manager APAC – Fraud Leader to maximize the value of our Digital Identity Network for top clients. This individual will optimize risk assessment solutions for enhanced customer satisfaction.

This is a permanent full-time role in our Sydney head office with flexible home/office-based arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Act as a single point of contact for consulting, incident reporting, and escalation to ensure effective communication and alignment with customer needs.
  2. Conduct proactive monitoring, fraud analysis, and performance optimization for key accounts.
  3. Lead business reviews by presenting analytical insights on solution performance and delivering actionable recommendations.
  4. Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers to identify opportunities for expanding our Risk Solutions within the customer's environment.
  5. Provide strategic oversight for project teams integrating new use cases and delivering exceptional service.
  6. Develop and implement customer action plans aimed at improving solution maturity and fraud detection efficacy.
  7. Advocate on behalf of customers, engaging with product and engineering teams to resolve issues and drive enhancements.
  8. Deliver consultative solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences and maintain a position as a trusted advisor.

Requirements

  1. Possess extensive experience in system integration and consulting within intricate environments, with a focus on fraud, cybersecurity, or payments.
  2. Be experienced in post-sales consulting, particularly with large organizations, focusing on technical support and solution optimization.
  3. Possess proficiency in SQL and higher-order programming skills, along with data analysis and visualization tools.
  4. Have experience with fraud analysis, real-time digital identity intelligence, and rules engines.
  5. Possess a background in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related analytical discipline. Candidates with advanced education will be given priority.
  6. Have a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering impactful solutions.
  7. Be willing to travel as needed.
