Water Infrastructure Engineering Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer to join our water infrastructure team based in Australia. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across a range of significant water infrastructure projects, including pipelines, pump stations, storage reservoirs and water & wastewater treatment infrastructure for clients both locally in North Queensland and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply your water infrastructure design skills and knowledge into meaningful local and national projects.
  • Lead project delivery from business development through design to construction, managing commercial aspects.
  • Provide technical leadership with support from multidisciplinary teams and ensure quality, timely, and compliant outcomes.
  • Mentor junior staff and build strong relationships with internal and external clients across various sectors.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and Professional Engineer registration.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex multidisciplinary projects and meeting delivery requirements in the water infrastructure industry.
  • A future leader with an interest in succession and long-term growth within a global organisation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively at both an internal and external level, developing new client relationships and maintaining existing networks.
  • Ability to guide and mentor junior engineers and designers, contributing to the growth of our talent pipeline.
