Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development, maintenance and operations of relevant systems and administrative resources, recommending improvements to processes and procedures.

  • System Development: Developing and interpreting legislation, regulations, procedures and other guideline material relating to administrative operations within the school
  • Procurement Activities: Preparing and maintaining procurement activities, including overseeing budget administration, and activities
  • Marketing and Promotion: Marketing and promoting administrative services, coordinating programs that are responsive to the school requirements and current trends

The ideal candidate will have experience in overseeing and improving systems and administrative resources, as well as coordinating daily administrative tasks and fostering teamwork.

Eligibility Requirements
  • Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment
  • Hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement
