We are seeking a highly skilled GIS Property Officer to join our team at EBR. As a key member of our land administration team, you will be responsible for managing property information and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date property information using GIS and CAD systems.
  • Develop and implement effective property management systems to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide property information and support land administration activities.
  • Provide expert advice on property information and management systems to internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of land administration policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Survey Drafting, Surveying, GIS, and/or demonstrated equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated competence in the use of GIS and CAD systems.
  • Sound knowledge and experience in property information and management systems.
  • Knowledge of statutory requirements of land administration and Land and Property Information NSW.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and achieving results.
