Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver civil projects safely, meeting quality, time, and budget requirements.
  • Prepare and execute delivery strategies using project management tools for multi-staged projects.
  • Drive operational improvement through best practice sharing.
  • Communicate and report on delivery milestones to facilitate efficient project cost plans.
  • Lead procurement and delivery of civil construction and landscape construction according to the project program.
  • Assist the development team with technical support and delivery inputs.
About You:
  • A strong background in client-side, contractor, consultancy, or superintendent experience with relevant Project Management knowledge and sound understanding of civil construction works.
  • Excellent time-management skills and a go-getter attitude to jump straight into projects and drive better outcomes.
  • Ability to work autonomously, demonstrate initiative, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills engaging all parties and collaborative approach.
  • Preferably holds a tertiary qualification in Engineering (Civil, Environmental) or Construction Management with at least 5 years of experience.
