First Nations Heart Health Community Champion

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate advocate to join our team in promoting heart health among First Nations communities in South Australia.
The ideal candidate will have strong connections with First Nations people and a deep understanding of the complexities surrounding heart disease in these communities.
In this role, you will play a vital part in developing and delivering culturally safe and evidence-based education programs, resources, and training to support better health outcomes for First Nations people.
You will work collaboratively across functions to integrate and translate the latest research and insights into effective programs and activities that make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
About the Role:- Deliver the First Nations Heart Health Project South Australia project.
- Foster strong connections and partnerships to support better health outcomes for First Nations people.
- Develop and deliver culturally appropriate resources, education, and training, and targeted communications strategies.
- Prepare and deliver key reports both internally and to stakeholders.
- Flexible work arrangements – up to 50% of your week can be worked from home.
