We are seeking a passionate individual to join our team as an ambassador for the city of Ballarat. As a key member of our community outreach program, you will play a vital role in showcasing the city's rich history and vibrant culture to visitors from around the world.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent customer service at the Ballarat Information Centre
  • Conducting guided tours of the city centre highlighting significant sites of interest
  • Engaging with visitors in the city centre and sharing information about local attractions

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is knowledgeable about the city, has excellent communication skills and is comfortable interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.

As a volunteer ambassador, you will have the opportunity to develop new skills, make new friends and contribute to the growth and development of our beautiful city.
