About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Systems Manager to join our team at Pyramid Global Technologies. As an integral part of our IT infrastructure, this role plays a critical role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our systems.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) infrastructure. This includes managing software updates, imaging, and deploying applications across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • SCCM Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and maintain a robust SCCM infrastructure to ensure seamless software deployment and management.
  • Software Update Management: Manage software updates, feature packs, and security patches to ensure our systems are up-to-date and secure.
  • Imaging and Deployment: Develop and implement efficient imaging and deployment strategies to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Provide prompt and effective troubleshooting and support for SCCM-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure that all SCCM configurations and deployments adhere to our security and compliance policies, protecting sensitive data and maintaining regulatory requirements.
  • Documentation and Training: Maintain accurate documentation of SCCM configurations, processes, and procedures, as well as provide training and support to other team members as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Expert-level experience with SCCM 2012 (Systems Center Configuration Manager)
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Security Update process (Bulletins, KB's, Out-of-Band Patches)
  • Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), writing, and troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in scripting/automation using PowerShell, VBScript, and other languages
  • Strong technical writing, presentation, and documentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Salary Range:

$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience
