We are seeking a talented Graduate to join our dynamic Supply Chain team, where you will drive innovation and excellence in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

As a Graduate, you will be responsible for creating value by making connections between business needs and possibilities. You will eliminate losses in the end-to-end supply chain through deep business understanding, leading and planning processes or projects to reduce costs, improve service, and remove time from the supply chain.

Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A recent graduate or final year student status, preferably with a Commerce, Engineering, or Supply Chain/Logistics degree.
  • A minimum of 70 Weighted Average Mark (WAM).
  • Strong leadership experience, such as leadership roles in clubs, teams, or societies.
  • Well-rounded life experience, including community involvement and contribution.
  • A collaborative team player with a passion for winning.
  • An analytical mindset with strategic thinking and innovation skills.
  • Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or NZ residency.
